The debut project of Wai Wai Steel Band, a large band that operates the "Steel Pan", an instrument made from a drum can.
A total of 28 people play songs that allow and affirm all the joys and sorrows of living that have been warmed up since their formation.
You can feel the open atmosphere of Trinidad and Tobago, the birthplace of the steel pan in <1:Time for Pan/2:Shiki Shiki Don Don/11:One Day Pan Yard>. Dynamic sounds that lift your spirits in <5:Stream/9:Bumping!!>, the ambitious work, in which they challenged a steel pan to a simple classical song in <3:Sketch/12: Small Sky>, and the sweet and heartbreaking <10:The Sun Setting on a Skyline>, which depicts the setting sun. Like these, it contains a variety of musicality that cannot be confined to Caribbean music. In addition, there are the original calypso with featured vocals in <7:Toripso>, and a cover of Stevie Wonder's famous songs in <8:Sir Duke>.
All of their songs were recorded in one take at a hall. A satisfying work born from confronting the "moment" beyond the accumulation of days!
